Will you be living in university housing and need to request early move-in due to band camp? *

If you are in the CMB, the band will take care of move in scheduling for all band students living in UofL Housing. You do not need to request early move in from housing yourself. The UofL CMB will pay for early move in for students who have been approved for fall housing in the following residence halls: Bettie Johnson, Cardinal Towne, Community Park, Kurz Hall, Louisville Hall, Belknap Village North and South Hall, Unitas Tower, University Pointe, and University Tower Apartments. Early Move-In must be requested through this form by choosing Yes or No, before July 1. The band will confirm your move-in assignment/location two weeks before band camp. Your regular fall room assignment may or may not be ready, however all CMB students are guaranteed a room for band camp.

Will you be participating in UofL Pep Band? *

Although MUS 109 Pep Band is a spring semester course, there are events in the Fall Semester. Indicating your intentions here allows us to form our Pep Band roster and instrumentation. Additional scholarships are available to all students in the Pep Band.
